Unfortunately, Kennedy got RSV a couple weeks before Christmas and let me tell y'all that stuff was rough!
She started feeling bad and just really, really whiny and clingy (which isn't like her at all) earlier in the week. When her fever spiked up and she was very lethargic I knew something was wrong. Of course, her wonderful Pediatrician got us in right and away and tested for RSV which came back positive. He stressed to me the importance of keeping her hydrated because he informed me it would get worse before it got better. Let me tell you, forcing a baby to drink when they don't feel good and just want to be held is HARD work! We were very blessed that we didn't end up int he hospital and after a couple of days she was on the mend.
This is a glimpse of how things were for a couple of days
